These high-waist pants are fitted at the waist and hip and balloon out, slightly, to a taper at the ankle. Contour waist band, to cinch the waist, eliminating the gap often found at the waist of straight waistbands. Details include: front pockets, back patch pockets, back yoke, contour waistband, belt loops, and zipper fly. This Pattern comes in sizes 24 to 30.

What you will need to complete this project:
Thread
7” zipper
One button or snap closure
2 yards of fabric with a width of 50” or greater OR 3 yards of fabric for widths less than 50”
Approximately ¼ meter or yard of interfacing for the waistband and fly
¼ yard lightweight cotton lining for front pockets (if you have some leftover lightweight cotton from another project that would work well)
